Food #3: Cow’s Milk
Milk is another “no-no” for cats. Once a cat is no longer a kitten, it loses its ability to properly digest lactose which means consuming milk can lead to diarrhea.
And diarrhea can quickly lead to dehydration which brings a host of other health problems. some people offer cats milk as a replacement for water – never do this. Goat’s milk is better than cow’s milk, however milk in general is not a natural food for cats and should be avoided.
Some of these I knew about, thank you for sharing. But what I have been looking for are poisonous indoor plants. I don’t have plants in the house and would love to have some, however I don’t know which ones are safe for my kitty. If you can tell me I would be greatful. Thank you.
Lilies are poisonous for cats…My daughter nearly lost her cat after he feasted on some of these dangerous flowers.
You forgot an important one….cinnamon!
