Here are the first 3 main courses – in the eBook we’ve even included one recipe (#7) for finicky eaters.
1. Chicken and Pasta Stew
2 packages ground chicken (or turkey)
2-3 small carrots (cooked)
2-3 cups macaroni (cooked)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Boil the macaroni until tender. Cook up the chicken in a frying pan. Mix everything together in food processor. Add the oil. Mix well.
2. Chicken and Sardines
1 can sardines in olive oil
1/4 cup whole grain bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp brewer’s yeast
2 cooked chicken drumsticks, bones removed
Drain the sardines, reserving the olive oil, and mash. Mix in the bread crumbs, egg and yeast to an even, gooey consistency. Coat the chicken drumsticks evenly in the mixture. Heat the reserved olive oil in a frying pan then add the coated drumsticks and fry, turning
frequently, until brown. Remove from the heat, and cool before serving.
3. Chicken Cheeseburger
2 oz finely ground beef
2 oz finely ground chicken
1 tbl canned thick chicken soup
2 oz whole grain bread crumbs or oatmeal
1 baby carrot, cooked until soft
1 egg
1/2 cup grated cheese
Mash the meat and chicken with the soup then add the bread crumbs or oatmeal, mushy carrot and egg. Make into two small burgers and broil (leaving much rarer than you would for yourself). Sprinkle with grated cheese and broil again until the cheese is melted. Allow to cool until warm to the touch, and serve.

RAW FOOD IS EASIER TO PREPARE & BEST ALL ROUND 🙂
First off I love love LOVE the Purrington Post and your fabulous dedication to our beloved feline friends, so I need to say this is certainly not a rant ‘at you’ or indeed any person simply a heartfelt desire to help people help their cats to be as healthy and happy as possible …. I Just have to point you & everyone else in the direction of Margaret Gates and feline-nutrition.org especially an interview with Jackson Galaxy link= feline-nutrition.org/the-blogs/cat-daddy-talks-cat-diet . CATS ARE OBLIGATE CARNIVORES and in short carbohydrates (even in vegetables) have been found to be highly detrimental to their health. Just think of a cats diet in the wild. I’ve only educated myself in the last couple of years and made the leap last year into feeding my cats a supplement rich raw food (bio appropriate) diet with a lot of help from Feline-Nutrition.org. Literally overnight my 6 year old house cats were acting like energetic kittens. In a month they stopped excessively malting, coats became softer, shinier. My females saggy belly began disappearing as she lost unnecessary fat and her skittish brother is far less timid than he was. Their breath does not smell anymore.. but most astonishingly of all, and I swear this on everything I hold dear … THEIR POOP NO LONGER SMELLS!!!! I couldn’t be happier seeing so many positive changes for them. Please visit Feline-Nutrition.org and make up your own minds. Personally I’d love it if you helped spread the word and assisted in educating loving pet parents so more cats can avoid suffering some easily avoided health issues due simply to inappropriate diet. Thank you so much for reading this, Namaste.
We have 6 house cats and 12 outside cats and could use some economical recipes for their food
I would love to see all 12 recipes. I have a 7month old adopted energetic boy. Eats his fish meals refuses to eat any canned food period. So he enjoys his herring, tuna, sardines. But there has to be more than that. Help send me your e-book please.
